职责
Responsibility

遵循三大基本伦理原则-尊重、不伤害、公平及适用的国内、国际指南，开展高效、高质量的伦理审查；
To conduct efficient and high quality ethical and scientific review in accordance with the basic ethical principles - Respect for persons, Beneficence and Justice, along with the applicable national and international guidelines;

通过知识、经验积累及继续教育不断提高伦理审查能力；
To enhance the ethical review capacity based on combined knowledge and experience, as well as ongoing education in the ethics of research;

向研究者及相关人员就生物医学研究中的伦理问题提供咨询和指导。
