      从事肿瘤内科临床及科研工作30余年,取得突破性成果:
      第一,实现了肠癌诊治理论和实践的系统创新,使我国肠癌早诊及精准治疗均处于国际先进水平。创新了肠癌早诊及疗效预测的新技术,并已转化为临床应用;建立了晚期肠癌治疗新体系,创建了高效低毒的维持方案和亚洲方案,成为国际治疗新标准,晚期肠癌生存率与国际顶尖的安德森癌症中心达相同水平。
      第二,创新了消化肿瘤免疫治疗体系,引领国际消化肿瘤免疫治疗发展。
      通过鉴定TMB、POLE/POLD突变等标志物,精准筛选免疫治疗敏感亚型,大幅提高PD-1抗体疗效;首创了食管癌中国免疫联合方案,取得全球最高有效率72%,已成为食管癌治疗应用最广泛的方案;建立了食管癌EGIC分型,可以指导精准免疫治疗策略,引领该领域的发展;揭示了免疫逃逸新机制并推动了药物的开发:发现甲硫氨酸限制饮食可抑制免疫检查点分子PDL1及VISTA的表达,增强抗肿瘤免疫及抗PD1的治疗效果;鉴定出免疫治疗增效肠道活性菌RX-af01,成果已转化。
