2010年于武汉大学获得遗传学博士学位,美国芝加哥大学博士后, 2015年被中山大学百人计划引进到中山大学肿瘤防治中心,获广东省珠江人才计划创新创业引进团队核心成员、广东省自然科学基金杰出青年等项目支持。长期以来围绕RNA表观遗传和肿瘤,开发算法工具,搭建大数据分析平台,研究RNA表观遗传在肿瘤微环境的动态演变过程中的作用和机制。以第一/通讯 (含共同) 的身份发表46SCI论文,包括Nature Genetics2篇),Cancer CellCell ResearchNucleic Acids Research8篇),Nature Communications等国际权威杂志。研究工作获得了国内外同行的广泛关注,引用次数 13000 余次 (Google Scholar)H-index 44。主持国家自然科学基金面上、广东省自然科学基金杰出青年等5项项目。

1)研究RNA 表观遗传调控网络在肿瘤发生发展过程中的作用

2)聚焦RNA表观遗传,利用组学技术解析肿瘤异质性和肿瘤微环境,开发肿瘤分子标志物

3)开发肿瘤RNA表观遗传相关大数据平台、 生物信息学算法和分析流程
