个人简介

主要围绕消化道肿瘤基因组异常生物信息学研究。在消化道肿瘤组学队列资源库建设、基因组异常鉴定、标志物筛选、数据整合算法开发、肿瘤分子分型、肠道微生态等方面开展了一系列的研究工作，揭示了系列新型的肿瘤分子标志物、靶点，阐述其在肿瘤发生发展和耐药中的重要作用。以(共)第一或通讯作者身份在Cancer Cell, JAMA onco, Nature Comm（2篇）, Nucleic Acids Research，Cell Report Med等重要学术期刊上发表SCI论文42篇，其中17篇论文发表在影响因子大于10的著名学术期刊上。以主要发明人获授权专利6项，转化1项，获软件著作权3项。入选“广东特支计划”青年拔尖人才项目，主持国家自然科学面上项目等多项项目。获中山大学优秀硕士生导师、中华医学科技奖一等奖。
