　　现任中山大学肿瘤防治中心研究员，华南恶性肿瘤防治全国重点实验室课题组负责人（PI）。1997年，获北京大学化学博士学位, 同年分配至中国人民大学工作。1998-2003年，在美国德克萨斯大学休斯敦健康科学中心从事博士后研究工作。2003-2010年, 聘任至德克萨斯大学MD安德森癌症中心工作, 先后任讲师（Instructor）和助理教授（Assistant Professor）。2010年，作为中山大学“百人计划”引进人才全职回国工作。主持和承担国家自然科学基金项目（6项）、“863”计划项目（1项）、“973”计划项目（1项）等20余项国家与省部级科研课题。已发表SCI学术论文100余篇, 包括国际上重要专业杂志Blood、 Nat Commun、 Mol Cancer、 Cancer Res、 Cell Death Differ、 Signal Transduct Target Ther等。
