王辉云,医学博士,中山大学“百人计划”引进人才、教授、博士生导师,现任华南肿瘤学国家重点实验室肿瘤生物组学与标志物课题组组长。1982年衡阳医学院医疗专业毕业,获医学学士学位;1990年和1997年于中山医科大学分别获得医学硕士和医学博士学位。1990年硕士研究生毕业后留在中山医科大学肿瘤研究所工作,1997任肿瘤病理研究室副主任;1999年到美国进行博士后研究,2002年晋升为美国新泽西医科牙科大学助理教授;2006年获聘中山大学研究员;2012年获聘美国Rutgers大学客座副教授。从事肿瘤基础、应用基础与转化研究30多年,早期参与我国鼻咽癌攻关课题和肝癌的预防、发病过程及分子机制等方面的研究;1996和1998年获得二项国家自然基金面上项目和一项广东省自然科学基金课题,同时作为我国鼻咽癌重大项目主要组织和实施者,成功地将鼻咽癌易感基因定位于4号染色体,结果发表于《Nature Genetics》上。1999年出国留学,从事生物芯片和肿瘤的研究,首创“千重PCR”及其芯片,结果发表在国际基因组研究的核心期刊《Genome Research》上。2007年引进回国后,建立了生物芯片研究室,制作了DNA和蛋白等各种芯片,成为国内第一个能制作多种生物芯片的大学实验室。以此平台为基础,不仅获得了“863计划”和国自然等十余个课题,而且在多个高水平杂志上发表了文章,取得了多个重要成果。迄今为止,在Nature Genetics, Lancet Oncology, Cancer Cell, Genome Research, Hepatology, PNAS, Nature Communication, Journal of Hepatology, Clinical Cancer Research, Molecular Cancer等杂志发表120多篇学术论文,获得和主持20多个研究课题,培养硕士、博士和博士后30余人,申请10个专利(3个已授权),获得9个学术成就和科技成果奖。
